Don’t wait for a crisis to get help! Your loved one needs help if he/she is losing friends, becoming isolated, recently failing in school, going for midnight joy-rides or the opposite- goes on shopping sprees, too busy to sleep, sexually active, abrasive, and belligerent.
If you have private insurance, ask for a psychiatrist. If not, DeKalb CSB is at your service. Go to your appointment with or without your loved one. Ask about side effects of prescribed medications.


	The DeKalb Community Service Board (CSB) offers psychiatric assessment and care, as well as counseling, for adults at all four outpatient mental health centers in DeKalb County. Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) day programs are also available at North Dekalb Health Center and Addiction Clinic (DAC). Call for an appointment at your nearest Outpatient Center.
